Service Description
Achieving your best health will probably require some lifestyle changes that seem difficult at first. I understand that, and a big part of my job as your health coach is to create a positive, supportive environment that will help you implement real and lasting change. Working with clients one-on-one is my favorite part of being a Health Coach. I thrive on the personal connection, the time spent together and the joy in seeing people reach their goals for improved health. I normally work with clients for six months, enough time to help us find the most effective approach for you – and for you to become comfortable with some new habits. My approach is holistic, which means we will examine many aspects of life: diet, exercise, sleep habits, sources of stress, personal relationships and more. Eating clean, listening to your body and your spirit and respecting your sleep, are only few things that are within one's reach for a healthier and happier life.
